Meet the Hippie Behind the Smoke
I’m the guy behind Happy Hippie BBQ, and I’ve been playing around with smoke for years smoking meats, experimenting with seasonings, testing different woods, and generally wondering “What happens if I smoke this?”
Happy Hippie BBQ is the result of that curiosity. I love taking simple ingredients, giving them some time in the smoke, and seeing what happens.
If it can be smoked, I’m probably going to try it.
Meat The Smoker. Yes I did that on purpose.. lol
She’s always rolling around hippies… A little colder than you’d expect, but still smokin’.
I’ve had Sarah for several years now, and she’s helped me produce some of the best BBQ people have ever tasted, at least according to the people who’ve eaten it!
Her tall cabinet design makes her perfect for low-and-slow cooking, but where she really shines is cold smoking. That extra height gives me plenty of room to smoke multiple pans of seasonings at once, letting the smoke work its magic without cooking the ingredients.
She’s been around the block, she’s always smoking something, and she’s still got plenty of smoke left in her.
